We now offer patients 16 years old and over the use of a secure website on the internet to book
How do I register fo Patient Access?
You must be a fully registered patient at Granville House Medical Centre and you will need a letter from us containing personalised access codes. To get this letter you need to come to the Reception and ask for Patient Access where you will be given a patient information sheet and a consent form to fill in and return to the practice or you can print a copy off below. Once the practice has received a copy of the signed consent form; you will be asked to return at a later date to pick up your registration letter where you will need to show some form of photo ID (i.e. passport/driving licence).
N:B: Please allow a minimum of 5 working days before returning to pick up your registration.
How do I get onto Patient Access?
You can access this via the link below or by typing it into your internet web browser. The first time you access the site you will be asked to create an account (details of how to do this are in the patient information letter).

APP NOW AVAILABLE for Patient Access
Patient Access is now available as an app for your mobile device, so now you can book your online appointments while on the move, as long as you have a connection to the internet. Follow the link to download the app for either Android or IOS phones.
