Patient Access has been in use in the surgery for some time now and many of our patients are happily using it to book appointments. We have now extended the facilities offered using this system to include ordering your repeat prescriptions, updating your contact details, sending secure messages and viewing a summary of your medical record. From 8am each morning you will also have access to all of the available apppointments for that day - avoiding the need to phone during our busiest time.
HOW DO I REGISTER?
You can register via the link below or by typing it into your internet web browser.
Click on register (answering ‘no’ to the question ‘Have you received a registration letter from your practice?’) and follow the registration process. During the registration process you will be allocated a unique user ID and will need to create a password which you will need to access the service. You will then be able to book one appointment. Notification of your registration will then be sent to the practice and once accepted by us you will be able to book up to 3 appointments online at any one time. A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming this.
