GP Registrar - Granville House is a GP Training practice and we have qualified doctors on a one year full time placement to undertake further training so that they can practice as GP's - Dr Matthew Glaves will be with us from August 2012 - August 2013.

In addition we also have 2 GP Registrars, Dr Mark Mellor and Dr Katie Mellor who will be with us from February 2013 - August 2013.

Amanda is the fourth member of our nursing team - she is a Health Care Assistant - and is available for blood pressure checks - blood tests - New Patient Health Checks - ECG's - Spirometry

Health Visitors - based at Coppull the local health visitor is  available to discuss all aspects of child health & care

She can also be contacted through the clinic on Railway Road

Physiotherapist - employed by Chorley PCT, Sue Tobin holds twice weekly surgeries to provide physiotherapy services to our patients. For treatment that she cannot offer in-house she will refer the patient to the main department at Chorley Hospital

Graduate Mental Health Workers - we have two mental health workers employed by Chorley PCT but  based at the practice - GP’s will refer patients they feel will benefit from their input.

 Phlebotomist - twice a week a phlebotomist is available to take blood tests - the phlebotomist is now working from Adlington Clinic on Railway Road - at the time of booking your appointment you will be informed if it is the phlebotomist you will be seeing and whether your appointment is here at the surgery or at the clinic
