At Granville House Medical Centre, we aim to :- 

• Provide high-quality primary care medical services to all our patients, respectfully, equitably and without discrimination. 
• Offer timely, easy access to assessment when people are unwell, providing consultations, examination, diagnosis and treatment and referring to other providers, in the best interest of the patient.
• Provide healthy living and disease prevention, by providing appropriate information, advice and health checks.
• Encourage patients and carers to fully participate in their care, involving them in decisions regarding their treatment and care.
• Continue to provide holistic care where cure is no longer possible by working with the patient,  families and extended primary health and palliative care teams.
• Reflect on the care we provide, actively responding to complaints and feedback.
• Ensure all members of the team are suitably trained and have the necessary skills to carry out their duties safely.
• To nurture an environment of continuing development, where all staff share and promote learning.
