We will be inviting patients who are 75 and over to have their Spring Covid Booster vaccinations.

If you are 75 and over and are housebound our Paramedics will be doing home visits to provide the vaccination, Our care Coordinator Annette will be in touch regarding this
If you are resident in a care home or have a loved one in a care home, Our Care Home team will be administrating the vaccinations over the next few weeks. The care home will be in touch with you to gain consent for vaccination if needed.
