Welcome to Granville House Medical Centre

We plan to use this surgery website to present all our patients with up to date news and information about our practice. We will keep it current with any developments or other details that we feel are relevant to you. 

Working from purpose build premises, we are an old established practice which has always had a progressive approach and were one of the first in the country to computerise medical records.

The practice covers the local areas of Adlington, Anderton, Heath Charnock and Rivington. Due to the increase in patient numbers all patients moving out of the practice area will have to register with an alternative practice.

There is a large car park at the rear of the building - we also have disabled access including car parking to the front of the building - and all consulting rooms are on the ground floor. The nurses work from a separate annex ‘The Old Telephone Exchange’ at the rear of the car park

At busy times there are problems with parking and we would remind our patients to be considerate to the residents of Granville Street when parking. If possible we would encourage patients to walk to the surgery thus helping to alleviate the parking situation
